Shenzhen Bao'an District Gongming Town Mahuaye Metal Production Factory is a processing factory specializing in stainless steel pipes, stainless steel narrow tubes and all kinds of fine shaft products. We integrate developing, designing, manufacturing and selling. Our factory is well equipped with two production lines of drawing stainless steel pipes, 25 lines of fine shafts and special needles and one line of dies (for fringe-milling, rolling, stamping, mouth-narrowing, hole-making, surface-grinding, mouth-broadening, mouth-shrinking, bending, and shaping). Through the trade window of Hong Kong, our products sell well in Europe, Japan, South Korea and the United States.
Our factory mainly consists of two departments: tube-making department and shaft-processing department.
Tube-making Department: we specialize in producing tiny stainless steel pipes/tubes (hard and soft), with diameter of 0.25-8.0mm, stainless steel pipe 316L (non-magnetic), and SUS304 (micro- magnetic tube). Our products of this category, with thickness of 0.08-1.0mm and error within 0.02mm, are all made of imported stainless steel raw materials with good quality (from the South Korea/Japan). Meanwhile, polishing treatment to tube's surface can also be carried on. In addition, we are also able to customize metal pipes of any specification and brass and red copper pipes with diameter of 0.35-20.0mm. In order to meet the needs of customers for the tube formation, our factory has imported precision tube formation equipment from Japan and Switzerland, set up the precision tube-fitting room to satisfy domestic and overseas customers. Processing contents: 1st, to use precise interruption processing to each kind of precise tiny tube; 2nd, to make the interruption end sharp; 3rd, to take mouth-narrowing and mouth-broadening processing to each kind of precise tiny tubes; 4th, to take processing of shaping and bending of all kinds of tiny tubes; 5th, to take processing of the fringe and bevel of tiny tubes; 6th, to welding and assemble precise tiny tubes; 7th, to carry on graduation compression and inflation to precise tiny tubes; 8th, to take multi-location and stretch tubular products; 9th, to make multi-hole and holes on tubes; 10th, to take special solid, hollow, three-dimensional formation, and system-curved processing.
Shaft-processing Department: we mainly engage in the processing of precise, long and thin metal products and shaft products with diameter between 0.25 and 20.0mm and length of 500mm. We also dabble in processing needle products, including tooth needles, needle bearings, medical instrument fittings, miniature motor bearings, electricity engine shafts, micro bearings and floral bearings. The error can be limited within 0.01-0.02mm. Important materials are environmentally friendly copper, iron, stainless steel and others.
